You will be responsible for:

● Managing our clients' social media platforms.
● Giving directions to our graphics designers and video editors.
● Creating a social media strategy.
● Managing a Facebook group.
● Creating a content calendar.
● Posting daily across all social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals
and objectives.
● Manage and grow our clients' social media accounts, including Facebook,
Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
● Generate leads, and create lead magnets with the main goal of getting qualified
leads' names and email addresses to nurture them into loyal paying customers.
● Manage one or two editors, providing guidance and direction to ensure
high-quality content is delivered on time.
● Manage a Facebook group, engaging with members and fostering a community
of engaged followers.
● Monitor social media trends and adjust our strategy accordingly to ensure our
content remains relevant and engaging.
● Provide weekly and monthly reports on social media performance and provide
insights and recommendations to improve results.

Requirements:

● Knowledge leveraging AI tools to use with our socials.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
● Proven track record of launching and growing a brand's social media presence.
● Passionate about marketing and advertising, always willing to learn and grow
their skills.
● Experience managing a team of content creators/editors.
● Exceptional understanding of social media platforms and their respective best
practices.
● Excellent project management and time management skills.

● Knowledgeable in copywriting, knows how to create a great headline and hook
that would grab the viewer's attention.
● Must be knowledgeable in creating lead magnets, lead generation, and sales
funnels.
● A huge plus if you have attended webinars, seminars, and online courses to
further enhance your skills.
● A huge plus if you love reading books, especially about business, biography, and
marketing.
